The Problem

Top of the class.
Bottom of the list.

H4 visa holders are children of skilled H1B workers. They grow up here, attend our schools, and outperform their peers. Then every summer, while their classmates get internships and build resumes, they are structurally limited: not because they are less capable, but because of a visa status they did not choose.

01 · The Barrier
No SSN. No internship. No exceptions.
Most professional student programs (paid or unpaid) require a Social Security Number for processing. H4 students do not have one, locking them out of corporate tracks. Four years of high school. Zero professional experience.
02 · The Educational Model
Programs focus strictly on vocational observation.
Because this model operates purely as an academic, passive training curriculum, it functions independently of corporate employment systems. Students participate as learners, removing operational onboarding friction.
03 · The Framework
An educational model built for this gap.
H4 Pathways Austin has developed an observational externship framework (modeled on established corporate designs) that opens professional access for these students with zero administrative burden on host companies.
04 · The Scale
Austin is the right place to start.
Round Rock and North Austin are home to Dell, Samsung, Apple, and hundreds of startups (many founded or staffed by teams who understand this landscape). The talent is here. The companies are here. The moment is now.
